What to expect on the call
- You talk first — what you're working on, what's broken
- I ask 5–6 questions to understand fit
- I walk through how we'd solve it (Flex or Embedded)
- You ask whatever you need to ask
- If we're a fit, I send a proposal within 24 hours
- If we're not, I tell you and recommend someone who is
Things you don't need to bring
- ·A finished brief — you can think out loud
- ·Budget approval — we'll talk numbers, not lock anything
- ·Specific examples — describe in your own words
- ·A decision — that's for after the proposal
